- 💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for select pin codes (additional handling fee may apply)
You can also purchase our products via trusted online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
2. Payment Security

- We do not store your credit/debit card or payment details on our servers.

3. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed:
- You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your order details and payment receipt.
- In case your payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, please allow 2–5 business days for automatic reversal by your bank.
- If the refund is not reflected within that period, contact us with your transaction details at gurushriayurveda@gmail.com.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for select products and locations within India.
- Please ensure accurate shipping information to avoid delays or cancellations.
- Repeated COD order cancellations may affect eligibility for future COD services.
5. Pricing Policy
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown clearly during checkout before you make the payment.
We reserve the right to modify product prices or promotional discounts without prior notice.
6. Fraud Prevention
To protect customers from unauthorized or fraudulent transactions:
- We may conduct additional verification or contact you for order confirmation.
- Orders found to be suspicious may be held or cancelled after due verification.
Gurushri Ayurveda reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent payment activity.
7. Refunds Related to Payments
Refunds for cancelled or returned orders (if applicable) will be processed according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after verification.
