Welcome to Gurushri Ayurveda. We aim to ensure that every customer receives authentic Ayurvedic products safely, promptly, and in excellent condition. Please read our Delivery and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping & Delivery

1.1 Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are delivered within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with the tracking details.

1.2 Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable national courier services to deliver products safely across India. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or logistical factors beyond our control.

1.3 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 8–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are indicative and may vary during festivals, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

1.4 Shipping Charges

  • Orders above a specified value (as displayed at checkout) may qualify for free shipping.
  • For orders below that value, a nominal delivery fee will be applied and shown before checkout.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can use this ID to track your shipment on our courier partner’s website.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

4. Return & Replacement Policy

4.1 Eligibility for Returns

As our products are Ayurvedic consumables, we cannot accept returns once the seal has been opened. However, returns or replacements are accepted in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged or defective on arrival
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Expired product received

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting images.

4.2 Conditions for Return Approval

For a return or replacement to be approved:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) must be provided
  • Request must be submitted within the specified time frame

4.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


6. International Shipping

Currently, Gurushri Ayurveda ships within India only. International delivery options will be announced soon.
